Hi there...
I started playing guitar at the age of 6, and I'm still practicing (some day I'll get it right ). I currently perform (rarely) as a single act in Central Iowa, and have two studio bands, The Brass Balls Boogie Band (Blues and Boogie), and Theloneus Monkees (STRANGE experimental Jazz). I attend as many jam sessions as my schedule allows. I take the attitude that if it isn't fun, I'm not going to do it. Currently Theloneus Monkees has a CD out titled "Synthesized Music for the Artificially Intelligent"..
As soon as I figure out how to do it, you will be able to listen to tracks from the CD, and purchase them online as MP3 downloads. Currently The Brass Balls Boogie Band is recording a CD titled "Sure it Sucks, but it STILL BEATS DISCO!", and Theloneus Monkees is in the process of recording another CD titled "This is all your fault, and other love songs". I am also working on a solo CD but don't have a working title for it yet.. Like I said, I do this for the fun of it.
As for selling guitars, I will say this. I will NEVER sell a guitar that I wouldn't play myself. Minarik Guitars in my opinion are some of the finest custom axes available in the world, and unlike many on the market now, the average guitar player can afford them...
